Aladdin's Blue Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X, without Migration can be used to prepare blue polyacrylamide stacking gels. This blue dye allows for clear visualization of loading wells, facilitating sample loading. This dye does not migrate during electrophoresis [1]. For other colored dyes, we recommend Aladdin's Blue Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X , Red Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X , Red Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X, without Migration , and Yellow Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X, without Migration .This dye can stably exist in the stacking gel, will not enter the resolving gel, and has no effect on electrophoresis and gel staining. After electrophoresis, the stacking gel can be easily identified and separated from the resolving gel, facilitating downstream applications.Figure 1. Before use, simply mix by gently inverting the vial to ensure its normal use.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.Instructions for Use:1. Gently mix the dye by inverting the vial before use.2. Prepare the desired amount of stacking gel, add 2μl of this product per one ml of stacking gel, and mix well. 3. Add the polymerization catalyst (such as ammonium persulfate or alternative substitutes) and TEMED into the stacking gel. Mix well gently and then pipette the stacking gel onto the resolving gel in the plate. Insert the comb and avoid the formation of air bubbles. 4. After polymerization, pull out the comb and load samples for electrophoresis.
