Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunohistochemistry in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. SPECIES REACTIVITY: Human, Mouse, Rat IMMUNOGEN: Caspase-7 antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino-terminus of human Caspase-7. The immunogen is located within amino acids 30 - 80 of Caspase-7. BUFFER: Caspase-7 Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
