Culture Medium

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Freeze in 10% Glycerol.
