DNA Suspension Buffer is designed for molecular biology applications (e.g., resuspension and storage of DNA and RNA oligos, PCR). Tris is a useful buffer to maintain pH in the range of 7–9, and EDTA chelates metal ions. Compared to standard TE buffer, DNA Suspension Buffer contains lower EDTA, making it useful for applications that are sensitive to magnesium concentration. This buffer has been tested for DNase and RNase activity. Contains 10 mM Tris, 0.1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0.
