Cylinders designed from ASTM Specification E1272, Style 2, Class B requirements. A glass stopper is supplied with each. Scale is durable white ceramic enamel. The 10 and 25 ml sizes are comparatively short to provide increased stability. The 250 ml size may be used to determine unsaponified matter in soaps and soap products (ASTM D460), and anhydrous salt free soda soap and fatty matter in soaps containing settlement tests of emulsified asphalts (ASTM D244). Heights given below do not include the stopper.
