This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product contains bromophenol blue, which may interfere with the binding of transcription factors to specific double-stranded oligonucleotides. Under such circumstance, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (colorless, 10X) without bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.Precautions：All other reagents related to EMSA are not provided in this product.This product is for R&D only.
