EZ-DNA Reagents: EZ-DNA Genomic DNA Isolation Reagent is a ready-to-use reagent for isolation of genomic DNA from various samples of animal tissue, cultured cells, plant, yeast or bacteria. EZ-DNA Reagent method is based on the use of a optimized guanidine-detergent solution, which lysis the tissue quickly and selective precipitate DNA from a cell lysate. During the isolation procedure, tissue or cells are lysed in EZ-DNA Reagent and the genomic DNA is precipitated from the lysate with ethanol. Following an ethanol wash, purified DNA is dissolved in water or 8 mM NaOH. The whole procedure takes 10~30  inutes with DNA recovery of 70~90%. The isolated DNA can be used directly for most applications such as Southern analysis, Molecular cloning and PCR.
