Fiberglass explosion-proof blowers are designed for fume hood exhaust systems in moderate to highly corrosive conditions and have non-sparking polypropylene impellers and explosion-proof motors. Housing is molded fiberglass-reinforced polyester for durability and long life. Both blowers have a dry powder epoxy-coated base and weather cover for protection in extreme weather. Sheaves are adjustable to allow for air volume adjustment. Self-adjusting gravity belt tightener ensures consistent performance because belt is held taught by the weight of the motor. Motor mount keeps the motor in place should the belt ever fail.
