FMOC-TYR(PO3H2)-OH 5 G

General description

A useful derivative for the synthesis of phosphotyrosine peptides ^{[1,2,3,4,5,67]} by Fmoc SPPS. Pyrophosphate formation has been noted in peptides containing adjacent Tyr(PO₃H₂) residues ^[4,5]. An evaluation of the optimal coupling conditions for introduction of this residue has been made ^[6].
