Lower edge of block covers side of top plate and prevents block from slipping, allowing for safe heating of your Chemglass or Genevac blocks. The innovative PTFE shield on the heating block keeps the exterior surface area at a temperature that is safe to touch. For example the PTFE shield would be approximately 80°C on vials heated to 180°C.Please Note: Heater block adapter is designed for use with ALL OP-6600 centrifugal vacuum evaporator blocks.
