Genomic DNA Extract: Mycoplasma genitalium

These preparations contain genomic DNA extracted from defined microorganisms at low passage. The DNA starting material was analysed with standardised methods to determine the DNA’s integrity and quantity. The final DNA extract was partially sequenced to confirm the species’ identity. Scope of Application Genomic DNA extracts are required for analyzing the specificity of new assays. Genomic DNA extracts are intended for research use only. The use for clinical diagnostics or testing of human samples is not recommended. Kit Components Due to an ongoing product changeover, the product may be delivered in different forms such as: conventional form: 1 vial with 10 ng +/- 2 ng genomic DNA in 100 µl 10 mM Tris, pH 8.5 or lyophilized form: 1 vial with 10 ng +/- 2 ng genomic DNA and 1 vial with 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 8.5, for rehydration Storage Components must be stored at -18 °C (conventional form) or at 2-8 °C (lyophilized form).
