Immersion Oil, High Viscosity, 4 oz (C003B-141845)

For use with Oil Immersion objectives Available in both high and low viscosities PCB free Non-drying, non-hardening Resolve immersion oil is a clear, colorless oil (refractive index: 1.5150) that allows light transmission through most of the UV/VIS spectrum. Manufactured using a proprietary process that removes interfering substances and results in oil that will not damage valuable optics or irreplaceable slides. Resolve contains no PCBs, eliminating toxicity and disposal problems. Low viscosity immersion oil (150 cSt) is suitable for most routine samples on a horizontal stage. High viscosity immersion oil (1250 cSt) is recommended for use with inclined or vertical stages. The 0.5 oz. size is a handy squeeze tube dispenser with a 1" nozzle for reaching difficult areas. The 1 oz. bottle has an applicator built into the cap. 4 oz. bottles with twist-off caps are useful for refilling the 1 oz. bottles.
