Highly pliable material with high-tack permanent adhesive for rough, highly textured, dirty and harsh environment surfaces--including outdoors. Conforms and adheres to "difficult" surfaces like painted cinder blocks, painted wood, textured plastic, paper-jacketed pipes and blow-molded cases.
