LB Broth The bacterial growth media available are LB (Luria and Bertani); both as liquid and solid media for making solid growth matrices and bacterial plates, such as Petri Dishes.  The LB media supplies all the nutrients required for bacterial growth.  LB Broth is for liquid culture and is supplied as a ready to use format or as convenient size dry powder packs. LB Broth (Premade): 100ml ready-to-use liquid broth that does not require any preparation and can be used as supplied. LB Broth: A dry powder format that requires the addition of water and subsequent autoclaving to sterilize before use. Supplied as a set of 10 convenient individual use packs.  Each pack sufficient to make 100ml LB Broth.  Larger 50gm size packs are also available.
