This product is a liquid lipase product with high catalytic activity in the ester exchange reaction of glycerides and the esterification reaction of free fatty acids (FFA). This product can be used for biodiesel applications, converting glycerides and FFA into biodiesel, and producing fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) in the presence of methanol. The enzyme can exert activity at 40 ° C, reducing the energy required for the cooling process.
