Littman Oxgall Agar Base, 500G

Littman Bile agar base is recommended for primary isolation of pathogenic fungi. Crystal violet and Streptomycin in the medium has inhibitory effect on most of the bacteria. Bile restricts spreading of fungal colonies. The neutral pH favors the growth of many pathogenic fungi.
