Lysing Matrix B, 50 x 50mL Tubes

Lysing matrix B, 50 mL tubes are for rapid and reliable biological sample lysis from a wide variety of starting materials. Lysing matrix B is a critical component of FastPrep® sample preparation system. Each impact-resistant 50 mL tube contains 0.1 mm silica spheres. Applications Lysing Matrix B is used primarily for lysis of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and will also disrupt fungal tissue and spores. Can also be used as an additive for disruption by sonication.
