ORGANIC CHEMISTRY LABSET KITS, 19/22, Chemglass organic chemistry kits contain the basic glassware required to perform basic experiments such as vacuum or atmospheric distillation, reflux or reflux with addition, extraction as well as other organic experiments. Each kit contains the 14 glass items listed in a polypropylene box with die cut foam inserts. Box dimensions are 13-1/2" x 10-1/2" x 4-1/2". VALVES, CHEM-VAC, GLASS PLUGS, O-RINGS, HIGH VACUUM, 1-ARMCHEM-VAC™ valve with glass plug eliminates the outgassing problems associated with TFE valves. Valve has a single sidearm sealed at a 90º angle to the barrel. Valve has a glass plug with three o-rings, the tip o-ring making the primary seal on the precision formed tapered seat. Available with a choice of Viton or Kalrez® o-rings. See CG-983 for replacement plug and CG-585 for o-ring replacement kit.
