All of our solutions are ready made and are of the highest quality. We have three groups of solutions commercially available. Group I: Perfusion wash and Fixative Technical Grade. To be used for Standard stains: Perfusion Wash (1220SK): Phosphate Buffered Saline 01.M Phosphate Buffer pH 7.2-7.4 Perfusion Fixative (1221SK): 10% Phosphate Buffered Formaldehyde Group II: Perfusion wash and Fixative Reagent Grade. To be used for Standard and ImmunoHistochemistry Stains. Perfusion Wash (1219SK): Phosphate Buffered Saline 0.1M Phosphate Buffer pH 7.2-7.4 Perfusion Fixative (1224SK): Paraformaldehye 4%/Sucrose 4% in Phosphate Buffer 0.2M Ph 7.2 Group III: Perfusion wash and Fixative Superior Reagent Grade. For the best results use this group. This is Sodium cacodylate based for NSA'S Disintegrative Degeneration Stain. Perfusion Wash (1222SK): 0.8% NaCl/0.4% Dextrose/0.8% Sucrose/ 0.023% CaCl2 /Sodium. Cacodylate 0.034% Perfusion Fixative (1223SK): 4% Paraformaldehyde/4% Sucrose/ 1.4% Sodium Cacodylate.
