Plasmid Extraction Auto Plate (Maelstrom Switch 8/Maelstrom 4810)

The prefilled reagent kits can be easily loaded into the Maelstrom™ 4810 or Maelstrom™ 8 Autostage for nucleic acid extraction without massive sample pre-treatments to reduce labor cost and hands-on-time. Push start and you're set for extraction. No stopping the unit to complete extra steps. The reagents are pre-dispensed in sealed Plates/Tubes, which reduces pipetting steps and simplifies the workflow further. The pre-filled Plate/Tube cover simply peels off, and the specimen is added to the lysis Plate/Tubes and is loaded onto the instrument for simplicity and convenience. Auto Plates/Tubes contain buffers, magnetic beads (and spin tips when necessary). The kit contains the Auto Plate/Tubes with reagent buffers, plus additional components to run the protocol. Making the kit an easy solution for extraction.
