Protein-Coupling Buffer Kit, 1 Kit

Uppa-PROTEIN-Concentrater Kit, Micro (Thomas No. C994C97) Protein solution as dilute as 1 ng/ml can be quantitatively concentrated by using the Universal Protein Precipitation reagent followed by solubilization and centrifugation through a Gel filtration spin column (provided). Concentrates up to 10ml of dilute protein into 100-500µL. Protocol: Protein precipitation is not effected by the presence of detergents, chiaotropic, or other common laboratory agents. Method involves mixing protein solution with UPPA reagents which quantitatively precipitate protein. Precipitate is suspended in a small volume of a suspension buffer supplied with each kit. Protein suspension is passed through a gel filtration spin column (supplied with each kit) to remove the UPPA reagent and the concentrated protein solution is collected in a small elution volume.
