Prepared an required amount of stacking gel, add 2μl of this product per ml of stacking gel, and mix well gently.2. Add appropriate amounts of polymerization catalysts (mmonium persulfate and TEMED), mix well, then immediately pipette the mix onto the top of resolving gel that has been fully polymerized, then insert a comb.3. After the polymerization of stacking gel, remove the comb, add electrophoresis buffer, load samples, then run the gel.
