SSR411298 is an orally active, selective and reversible fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor. SSR411298 has the potential for post-traumatic stress disorder research.In VitroSSR411298 (0.1, 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000 nM) inhibits mouse brain FAAH in a concentration-dependent manner. SSR411298 produces maximal inhibition of FAAH between 0.3 and 30 mg/kg in the ex-vivo experiment. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
