Sterile, untreated 12-well microplate, flat bottom, w/ lid, polystyrene

12-well microplates are available sterile or treated in individually packed units. One-way fitting lids, which are included, reduce excess evaporation and raised rings inside help to minimize condensation. Each well has a volume of 6.76 mL and an alpha-numeric well designation.  Sterile plates are gamma-irradiated. Treated plates are gamma-irradiated and tissue-culture treated to provide uniform and compatible surfaces for cellular attachment and growth.   6-well, 24-well, 96-well and 384-well units are also available.
