The following labels meet the recommendations set forth by the DEA in labeling collected fentanyl samples. The DEA’s recommendation for collection is to first store in an agency approved plain envelope. That envelope should be then be sealed with evidence tape, then labeled with a “Suspected Fentanyl” label. After labeling and sealing the first envelope, the initial envelope should then be placed in a second envelope, sealed and also labeled “Suspected Fentanyl.” Labels come 250 per roll and are packaged in a protective plastic case with easy dispensing design.
