The formulation is a nutrient blend of inorganic salts. Potassium nitrate and ammonium sulphate serve as source of nitrogen and induce organogenesis. Calcium phosphate along with potassium dihydrogen phosphate provide phosphate and enhance protocorm like bodies formation. Microelements like manganese and iron play a key role in metabolism and enhance proliferation in the plant tissues. The formulation is a nutrient blend of inorganic salts, vitamin, carbohydrate and gelling agent. Potassium nitrate along with ammonium sulphate serve as sources of nitrogen and induces organogenesis.
