InformationVLX600 VLX600 is a novel iron-chelating inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) , potentiates the effect of radiation in tumor spheroids in a synergistic manner. VLX600 shows enhanced cytotoxic activity under conditions of nutrient starvation.
