Burkle ZoneDispo is for pourable bulk goods up to 2 mm particle size. For cross-section samples through all layers of a sample. Three openings, hole diameter 11 mm. (22mm diameter) These single-use DispoSamplers are available in packs of 20 each. They are used to take target point samples, all-layer and cross-sectional samples of liquids, viscous substances, powders, crystals, grains and granulates. These products are primarily used in Quality Assurance applications to sample incoming, in process, and finished goods in the Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical and related industries. Unlike conventional reusable samplers, these single-use products do not need to be cleaned after use, thereby saving time and money. Often, cleaning reusable samplers is demanding and complicated and requires using strongly adhesive or toxic substances. With single-use DispoSamplers: Work processes need not be interrupted Cross contamination is eliminated Cleaning methods do not need to be validated in audits DispoSamplers are manufactured, assembled and packaged in a class 7 clean room (10,000) and available in sterile (by gamma irradiation) and non sterile versions. Each product is individually packaged in a sealed plastic wrap and identified by Lot Number. A certificate of sterilization is available for each Lot number. The high density polyethylene product is recyclable depending upon usage. Zone Sampler For taking samples from multiple layers of the sample material.
