Cell Line Description
A primary skin fibroblast established from an adult female with a cancer predisposition who also exhibited multiple primary tumours. The donor was the sister of 175BR (Sigma Catalogue number. 90011863).

Culture Medium
EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
