Cell Line Description
The antibody is specific for NADH-nitrate reductase of spinach and marrow. It inhibits the reduction of nitrate to nitrite using NADH as elector donor and also inhibits dehydrogenase activity of NADH - Cytochrome c reductase.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse feeder layers upon resuscitation
